Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-month warranty on all eligible laptops. However, the following conditions are not covered under warranty:

  •  Physical damage (including water damage, burns, or broken parts)

  •  No LED warranty

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering

Replacements & Returns

  • If a verified issue arises during the warranty period, we will replace the laptop with the same model.
  • Replacements are applicable only within the first month of the warranty period.
  • For items damaged or lost during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement.
  • If you change your mind, you may request a laptop replacement within 1 month of purchase

Return & Warranty Claim Requirements

To qualify for a return or warranty claim:

  •  The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • The issue must fall within the warranty coverage terms.
